Dear Customer, as per the agreement, I would like to reiterate the terms of the deposit payment agreement. For the tattoo session on the date you selected in our app, it is necessary to agree to certain details.

The deposit is non-refundable in case the client cancels the tattoo session.
The deposit will be considered a guarantee of booking the session and will be deducted from the total session price.
- In case of cancellation, the client will forfeit the deposit.
The deposit will be deducted from the tattoo price on the day of payment.
Brazilian law
This agreement complies with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) and the Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002) - Articles 417-420, which establishes that the supplier may require a deposit as a guarantee for reserving a service.
